On the previous pages it was shown that with Martingale on Two Dozens/Columns after 18 spins you have 82%
chance to be ahead. Why was it not 100% ?
One reason for not being 100% is that there is always the chance on 4 losing spins in a row. This will empty your bankroll.
The other reason is that the last spin may not always be a winning spin. So although you may have had
more gains, you started betting again and lost a few spins.
One rule that is commen known is: STOP WHEN YOU ARE AHEAD !
Below the impact of this rule is shown for the Martingale system with 2Dozens. The fact that you win back all your previous losses
due to the progressive betting system makes it easy to stop after a winning spin. And you should !
The graph below shows that when you stop after a winning spin the chance of being ahead after 18 roulette
spins is 86%. This is more than when you just stop at 18 spins, this was 82%.
